Road traffic incident on A688,Thinford Lane at Metal Bridge, Durham - Sunday 9 March

A spokesperson for North East Ambulance Service said: "We are called to a two vehicle traffic incident on the A668, Thinford Lane at Metal Bridge, Durham, at 2pm on Sunday 9 March. We dispatched a double crewed ambulance, a clinical team leader and one vehicle from our Hazardous Area Response Team. One patient was transported to University Hospital of North Durham."
