Road traffic incident on Philadelphia Lane, Sunderland - Friday 20 February 2026

A North East Ambulance Service spokesperson said: "We were called to a road traffic incident on Philadelphia Lane in Sunderland at 12:24 on 20 February. We dispatched three ambulance crews and one clinical team leader to the incident. One patient was taken to Sunderland Royal Hospital and one patient was treated and discharged on scene."
