Governor, Dovid spoke to us about his role

The North East Ambulance Service’s (NEAS) next cohort of paramedic apprentices and self-funded students have graduated with BSc (Hons) degrees in paramedic science.

The North East Ambulance Service (NEAS) came together for an inspiring evening of recognition and celebration at the NEAS Awards 2025: In the Spotlight, held at The Grand Hotel Gosforth Park, Newcastle, on Friday 11 July. Hosted by comic and radio presenter Alfie Joey, the event honoured the exceptional achievements of more than 50 staff members, selected from over 430 nominations submitted by colleagues and members of the public.

Clinicians at the North East Ambulance Service (NEAS) are taking part in a service improvement project which is looking to improve how they communicate with GPs when they detect a patient has an underlying heart condition.   

The North East Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust (NEAS) is celebrating a series of major national accolades recognising its outstanding work in apprenticeships, veteran support, inclusive leadership and staff wellbeing.

Colleagues from the North East Ambulance Service have been shortlisted for the National Armed Forces & Emergency Services Events (NAFESE) Covenant & Services Awards 2025.

Apprentices from the North East Ambulance Service (NEAS) have been shortlisted for a number of awards at the North East Apprenticeship Awards 2025. The awards ceremony will take place on Thursday 26 June at Newcastle United Football Club, Newcastle.
