Road traffic incident on the A181 at Wheatley Hill - Saturday 7 March 2026

A spokesperson for North East Ambulance Service said: "We were called to a road traffic incident on the A181 at Wheatley Hill at 10.52am on 7 March. We dispatched a double crewed ambulance, a rapid response paramedic and a clinical team leader. Two patients were treated and discharged at the scene and two patients were transported to North Tees Hospital."
