Road traffic incident on West Road, Newcastle - Friday 23 January 2026

A spokesperson for North East Ambulance Service said: "We were called to a one vehicle road traffic incident on West Road, Newcastle, 7.35pm on 23 January. We dispatched two double crewed ambulances and a specialist paramedic. One patient was taken to the Royal Victoria Infirmary."
