Road traffic incident on Westgate Road in Newcastle on Monday 4 May 2026

A North East Ambulance Service spokesperson said: "We were called to a road traffic incident on Westgate Road in Newcastle at 2.21am on Monday 4 May. We dispatched one ambulance crew and one patient was taken to RVI hospital for further treatment."
